Coming Soon: OUTEN THE LIGHT

GirlSoup’s first feature film, OUTEN THE LIGHT will begin shooting in August.

Rachel is a Pennsylvania Dutch teenager who gets stuck in a generational war between her strict, religious Mudder and the powerful, unruly spirit of her Oma. Rachel is torn between the Christian faith healing craft of Braucherei and the self power possible through the magical craft of Hexerei while fending off a dark family wight.

OUTEN THE LIGHT is written by Michael Lamarra, directed by Chelsea Bryn Lockie and will feature performances from Libby Lindsey, Kate Taney Billingsley, Jacqueline Knapp, Raymond Corrado Knutsen, Julia Rae Maldonado and Jeff Gorcyca.
